You must keep your account information up to date at all times. phwib may require re-verification of your identity if your account information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
phwib accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and CliQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phwib wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phwib does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phwib's payments team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1 to 3 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
phwib reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed KYC verification, if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement, or if phwib has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
All transactions on phwib are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwib does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phwib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phwib's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwib account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phwib does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phwib makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phwib's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phwib Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phwib's support team. phwib will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
phwib reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phwib will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the phwib Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
